We've got a student user who is now temporary staff and has had her AD account moved into a different OU. In doing so she now cannot access the MAV protected website.
I understand that the Vintela cache can be flushed in this case but flushing the cache appears to disrupt all users on the server...
Why would changing the OU make a difference? It seems that Vintela's only got a username to look up on...
It implies that first time, Vintela looks up on username, then caches the full path, to make the lookup quicker next time. Is this what's happening?
In that case, do items in Vintela's cache time out, and if so after how long?
Is there a way of flushing individual items rather than the whole lot?
